Cancellation policy

If something comes up:

By proceeding to payment, you understand that 25% of each adventure is non-refundable, and to our cancellation agreement as follows: 

– any cancellations made within seven days of the tour are 100% non-refundable, 

– cancellations made 14 days prior to the tour are 50% refundable, 

– cancellations made more than >15 days prior to the tour are 75% refundable 

Due to bad weather: 

In the event of adverse weather conditions that necessitate the cancellation of the tour, we prioritize the safety of our guests and will proceed with cancellation. Guests will receive a refund of 75% of the total tour cost, with the remaining 25% retained to cover administrative expenses. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to consider rescheduling for a future date when conditions are more favourable.
